Questions about joining Tamamy.

Tamamy Partner is for UAE businesses and their authorised representatives. Your trade licence must be current and cover the categories you plan to use. Free-zone businesses remain responsible for any additional approval or arrangement required to trade outside their free zone.

Tamamy currently charges no partner signup or posting fees. If an optional paid service is introduced, its price will be shown before you choose it.

There is currently no fixed Tamamy posting limit. Partners can add as many approved posts as they need. Every post remains subject to the relevant category rules and moderation.

Prepare your current trade licence and an Emirates ID or passport for the authorised owner or signatory. We may also request proof that you can act for the business and any approval required for a regulated activity.

Tamamy Marketplace supports permitted non-food retail products. Food and beverage products, including groceries, prepared food, bottled water, and other drinks, are not currently supported. Property, Motors, Classifieds, and genuine Jobs posts are also supported. Your licence must cover the activity, and regulated categories require the relevant approvals.

Yes, where the relevant property authority requires it. For Dubai property advertisements, the business must obtain the applicable Dubai Land Department advertising permit through Trakheesi and use the required Madmoun QR code. Property in other emirates remains subject to that emirate's licensing and advertising rules. Tamamy verification does not replace these approvals.

A business may post genuine vacancies for its own organisation. A company recruiting or mediating for other employers must hold the applicable Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation licence. Employers and recruitment businesses must not charge workers recruitment or employment costs.

Complete business submissions are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days. Individual posts may still need category-specific moderation before they go live.

Tamamy currently handles shipping for Marketplace orders. Shipping by partner is planned, but it is coming soon and cannot be selected yet.

Marketplace purchases create checkout orders, Property and Motors posts receive enquiries, and Jobs posts receive applications. The relevant response appears in your partner dashboard.
