Scope and acceptance

These Partner Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every business, sole establishment, authorised representative, and team member using Tamamy's partner platform in or from the UAE. “Tamamy” means the UAE-licensed operator identified in the Platform's Legal Notice. “Partner” means the account owner and the business represented through that account.

By creating or using a partner account, publishing content, accepting an order, reviewing an applicant, or receiving a payout, the Partner agrees to these Terms and any transaction-specific terms shown before an action is completed. Mandatory UAE law prevails over any inconsistent provision.

These Terms govern the Partner's use of the Platform. They do not reduce consumer, worker, applicant, or data-subject rights and do not replace any licence, permit, employment contract, warranty, or statutory obligation.

02

Eligibility and verification

  • The Partner must have legal capacity and hold every current UAE trade, professional, sector, municipal, free-zone, or other licence required for its activity.
  • The account owner must be an authorised owner or signatory. Information about beneficial owners, authorised persons, trade licences, Emirates ID or passport, addresses, tax status, and bank accounts must be accurate, current, and supported by genuine documents.
  • The Partner authorises Tamamy and its verification providers to validate submitted information against lawful public, commercial, sanctions, fraud-prevention, and identity sources.
  • Only a bank account lawfully controlled by the Partner or its verified business may receive payouts. Tamamy may request renewed documents or enhanced checks at any time.
  • Approval or verification confirms only that checks were completed at that time. It is not an endorsement, professional accreditation, or guarantee of the Partner, its goods, services, or vacancies.
03

Post types

A verified Partner may publish Marketplace, Motors, Property, and Jobs posts from one business account. Verification does not limit the Partner to a declared activity inside Tamamy, but the Partner may publish only activities its current licences and approvals legally permit.

Each post has one response type: checkout for Marketplace purchases, contact for Motors and Property enquiries, or application for Jobs. Tamamy may apply category-specific fields, moderation, payment, visibility, or legal requirements without requiring a separate business-verification path for each type.

04

Storefronts, listings and content

  • Store names, biographies, logos, banners, listing text, images, prices, stock, condition, specifications, delivery estimates, warranty terms, and contact details must be complete, current, and not misleading.
  • Consumer-facing information required by UAE law must be available in Arabic; another language may be provided alongside it. The Partner is responsible for the accuracy of every translation it supplies.
  • The Partner must clearly identify itself as the seller, employer, or service provider and display required licence and contact information.
  • Prices and mandatory charges must be clear before commitment. Material limitations, defects, used condition, eligibility rules, renewal terms, delivery charges, and payment fees must not be hidden.
  • The Partner must own or have permission to use all names, brands, photographs, documents, designs, software, and other content it uploads.
  • Listings may not manipulate search, impersonate another party, create artificial scarcity, contain fake discounts, or use deceptive comparisons, reviews, claims, or before-and-after results.
05

Prohibited and restricted activity

Partners may not offer, request, advertise, facilitate, finance, or exchange anything unlawful in the UAE. The following are prohibited unless Tamamy expressly permits the category and the Partner proves every required approval:

  • Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, defective, recalled, expired, or illegally imported goods; goods that infringe intellectual-property or personality rights.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials, narcotics, controlled substances, alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, medicines, medical devices, or regulated health claims.
  • Unlicensed financial, credit, investment, insurance, payment, virtual-asset, fundraising, charity, gambling, legal, medical, recruitment-agency, transport, property-brokerage, or other regulated services.
  • Pornographic, exploitative, discriminatory, hateful, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or public-morals content; trafficking, forced labour, child exploitation, or dangerous work.
  • Money laundering, terrorist or proliferation financing, sanctions evasion, account renting, invoice fraud, fake orders, chargeback abuse, bribery, tax evasion, or use of proceeds from crime.
  • Malware, credential theft, scraping, automated abuse, unauthorised surveillance, sale of personal data, or attempts to bypass platform security or moderation.

This list is not exhaustive. Tamamy may restrict a category based on law, regulator direction, payment-provider rules, safety risk, or platform policy. The public-facing acceptable-use and reporting standards are set out in the Community and Listing Rules.

06

Orders, contracts and fulfilment

  • The checkout or order confirmation must identify the contracting seller and the applicable price, tax, fees, delivery, payment, cancellation, return, and warranty terms. The Partner must not describe Tamamy as the seller unless Tamamy expressly states that role.
  • The Partner must accept or reject orders promptly, maintain accurate stock, pack safely, use lawful logistics providers, meet announced timelines, provide valid tracking where available, and preserve proof of dispatch and delivery.
  • The Partner bears responsibility for product quality, conformity, title, safety, labelling, import, customs, after-sales service, warranties, recalls, and fulfilment unless an order term expressly allocates a function to Tamamy.
  • For contact listings, redirects, leads, and other off-platform dealings, the Partner and customer contract directly. They remain responsible for due diligence, payment safety, and compliance with law.
  • The Partner must cooperate with cancellations, fraud checks, delivery investigations, recalls, complaints, returns, disputes, and regulator requests.
07

Pricing, fees and tax

  • All prices must be genuine, stated in the displayed currency, and include or clearly identify VAT and every mandatory charge as required by law. No undisclosed card surcharge, logistics charge, or payment fee may be added.
  • The Partner is responsible for VAT, corporate tax, customs, invoicing, accounting, registrations, returns, and other tax obligations applicable to its supplies. UAE VAT registration thresholds and rules apply independently of platform access.
  • The Partner must issue compliant invoices and credit notes, including Arabic invoice information where required, and retain transaction records for applicable statutory periods.
  • Tamamy fees, commissions, subscriptions, logistics charges, promotional charges, and taxes payable to Tamamy must be shown in an accepted fee schedule or transaction screen. Tamamy may deduct properly disclosed amounts from payouts.
  • A paid Boost, Featured placement, or other visibility product starts only after the relevant post is approved and live. Its duration, placement, price, VAT, cancellation and refund treatment are shown before purchase.
  • Paid visibility does not guarantee a minimum number of views, enquiries, applications, orders, or any other outcome. Sponsored or Featured placement may be labelled and remains subject to relevance, quality, and safety controls.
08

Payments and payouts

Tamamy may use licensed payment and banking providers to process checkout payments and payouts. The Partner must comply with their lawful verification, fraud, chargeback, sanctions, and security requirements.

  • Payout timing is subject to settlement, delivery status, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reserves, verification, and applicable law.
  • Tamamy may delay, withhold, set off, reverse, or recover amounts reasonably connected to suspected fraud, duplicate payment, refund, dispute, legal process, sanctions screening, negative balance, or breach of these Terms.
  • The Partner must not process a sham transaction, split payments to evade controls, request payment to an unrelated account, or encourage a customer to misuse a payment method.
  • Except where law requires otherwise, payment credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider and must never be requested or stored by a Partner through messages or listings.
09

Returns, warranties and complaints

UAE mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded. At minimum, the Partner must support the return, replacement, re-performance, repair, refund, or other remedy required when goods or services are defective, incomplete, damaged, materially misdescribed, delivered too late to be useful, or supplied contrary to the agreed terms. Statutory exceptions and product-specific rules apply.

  • Publish clear return, cancellation, warranty, after-sales, and complaint terms before purchase. A Partner policy may be more generous than UAE law but may not remove mandatory rights.
  • Maintain an always-available complaint submission channel and a qualified handling process; acknowledge complaints promptly, investigate fairly, and keep the customer informed. Safety complaints and recalls require immediate action. Tamamy complaints and reports may be submitted through its Help and reports form.
  • Where Tamamy reasonably determines a refund or other remedy is due under law or accepted transaction rules, the Partner authorises the corresponding payout deduction or balance recovery, without preventing either party from using lawful dispute channels.
  • Partners remain responsible for manufacturer, supplier, and service warranties they advertise or are legally required to honour.
10

Jobs and recruitment

  • Only genuine, authorised vacancies may be posted. The Partner must accurately state the employer, role, location, work pattern, material requirements, and compensation information it chooses or is required to publish.
  • The Partner must comply with UAE labour, immigration, work-permit, Emiratisation, wage, occupational-safety, juvenile-employment, and recruitment rules. Platform access is not a recruitment-agency licence or work permit.
  • Discrimination that unlawfully weakens equal opportunity based on race, colour, sex, religion, nationality, social origin, or disability is prohibited. Equal-pay and other mandatory worker protections apply.
  • Candidates may not be charged unlawful recruitment, visa, onboarding, equipment, deposit, or placement fees, and may not be asked to surrender identity documents unlawfully.
  • Applicant data may be accessed only by authorised hiring personnel, used only for legitimate recruitment, kept only as long as lawfully necessary, and securely deleted or anonymised afterward unless further retention is justified and disclosed.
  • Applications received through Tamamy may be used only for the advertised role and legitimate recruitment purposes, and applicants must be told before their data is shared outside Tamamy.
11

Team access and account security

  • The owner controls invitations and remains responsible for selecting appropriate owner, admin, or editor access. Each person must use their own account; credentials may not be shared.
  • The Partner is responsible for actions taken by its authorised team members and must remove access immediately when a person changes role, leaves, or no longer needs it.
  • Use strong unique passwords, protect devices and email accounts, review unusual activity, and notify Tamamy immediately of suspected compromise, unauthorised transactions, or data exposure.
  • No user may attempt to access another Partner, customer, applicant, system, or dataset without authorisation.
12

Privacy, data use and confidentiality

Tamamy and the Partner must comply with applicable UAE data-protection law. Depending on the processing, each may act as an independent controller or one may process data for the other. The Partner may access customer, applicant, team, order, message, and payout data only for the specific platform purpose for which it was provided.

Tamamy's collection and use of personal data is explained in its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the legal information provided with these Terms.

  • Use a valid legal basis and provide a clear privacy notice stating the data collected, purposes, recipients, retention approach, cross-border transfers, security measures, and rights process.
  • Collect only necessary data; keep it accurate; limit access; encrypt or otherwise protect it appropriately; and retain it only for a documented lawful period.
  • Do not sell, scrape, enrich, repurpose, disclose, or use platform data for unrelated advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or recruitment without a lawful basis and any required consent.
  • Support applicable rights to information, access, portability, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and review of certain automated decisions, subject to lawful exceptions.
  • Use approved safeguards for cross-border transfers and vendors. Bind processors to confidentiality, security, deletion, and assistance obligations.
  • Notify Tamamy without undue delay of any suspected personal-data breach involving platform data, preserve evidence, mitigate harm, and cooperate with legally required notifications.
  • Trade licences, identity documents, beneficial-owner information, bank details, and compliance records are confidential and may be used for verification, safety, fraud prevention, payouts, legal compliance, and disputes.
13

Communications, marketing and reviews

  • Messages must relate to a genuine order, enquiry, application, support issue, or other expected platform interaction.
  • Promotional email, SMS, social messaging, and phone marketing require a separate valid permission where required. Marketing permission may not be bundled with account access, and refusal must not prevent use of the Platform.
  • Marketing SMS requires auditable prior consent, permitted sender identification, delivery only from 07:00 to 21:00 UAE time, and an effective free unsubscribe mechanism. Consent and opt-out evidence must be retained as required.
  • Marketing phone calls require the applicable prior approval, a UAE number registered to the licensed business, Do Not Call Registry screening, company and purpose identification, and calls only from 09:00 to 18:00 UAE time. Applicable recording, recordkeeping, frequency, refusal, and consumer-choice controls must be followed.
  • Partners may not send spam, use harvested contact details, evade a block or opt-out, pressure a customer or applicant, or move a conversation off-platform to conceal misconduct.
  • Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences. Buying, fabricating, suppressing, coercing, or selectively manipulating reviews is prohibited.
  • Communications must respect UAE law, public order, religious values, customs, privacy, and the rights and reputation of others.
14

Intellectual property

The Partner retains ownership of content it lawfully owns. It grants Tamamy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the account term to host, reproduce, resize, translate, format, display, distribute, and promote that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and market the Partner's storefront, listings, and vacancies. The Partner warrants it has the rights needed to grant that licence.

Tamamy names, logos, software, interfaces, and platform content may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, or used to imply endorsement without permission. Tamamy may remove allegedly infringing content while reviewing a sufficiently detailed rights complaint.

15

Monitoring, records and enforcement

Tamamy may use automated and human review to prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, respond to complaints, and comply with law. The Partner must keep licences, product sourcing, consent, invoices, fulfilment, warranty, applicant, tax, and transaction records for applicable legal periods and provide relevant records when lawfully requested.

Tamamy may warn a Partner; request correction or documents; limit visibility; remove content; cancel or refund a transaction; restrict messages; pause a payout; restrict a post type, team member, or account; preserve evidence; or report and cooperate with regulators, courts, law enforcement, payment providers, or affected parties. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of users.

Anyone can report a listing, account, safety issue, or suspected illegal activity through the Help and reports form. Tamamy assigns a reference number, triages urgent safety matters, and aims to begin reviewing other complete reports within two business days. Complex matters may take longer, and Tamamy may request evidence or refer a matter to the competent authority.

16

Responsibility and liability

The Partner is independently responsible for its business, personnel, listings, goods, services, vacancies, consumer obligations, employment decisions, taxes, content, data use, licences, and legal compliance. Nothing creates employment, partnership, franchise, agency, fiduciary, exclusivity, or authority to bind Tamamy.

To the extent permitted by law, the Partner will defend, indemnify, and hold Tamamy and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, penalties, losses, and reasonable costs arising from the Partner's goods, services, content, employment activity, data processing, tax, infringement, fraud, negligence, or breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent caused by Tamamy's own unlawful conduct and does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Any platform warranty disclaimer, exclusion of indirect loss, or liability cap must be stated in the final contracting terms approved for Tamamy's legal entity. Nothing in these Terms excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that UAE law does not permit the parties to exclude.

17

Changes and termination

A Partner may stop publishing or request account closure, subject to outstanding orders, complaints, payouts, records, legal holds, and mandatory retention. Tamamy may update these Terms for legal, safety, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or registered contact details and will state their effective date. Where a change materially affects the agreement, Tamamy will ask the Partner to accept the current version before the next legally significant partner action. A Privacy Policy update is acknowledged separately unless the law requires consent for the changed processing.

Provisions that by nature should survive, including payments, refunds, records, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, disputes, responsibility, and enforcement, continue after suspension or closure.

18

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in Dubai. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Consumer, labour, regulator, and data-protection complaint rights remain unaffected.

Before commencing a claim, the parties should send a written dispute notice through Tamamy's published support or legal channel and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution, except where urgent relief, a statutory deadline, or a regulator process requires otherwise.

19

Notices and contact

Complaints, content reports, and support requests may be submitted through the Help and reports form. Legal notices and questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected]. Privacy requests should be sent to [email protected]. Electronic notices sent to the Partner's registered email or shown in the Platform are effective when delivered, subject to mandatory law.

Tamamy's published operator, licence, registered-address, and contact details are available in the Legal Notice.
