Before you post

What can be posted

Tamamy is open to licensed UAE businesses, including retailers, property professionals, vehicle dealers, advertisers, and employers. A supported category is not a substitute for the licence, registration, permit, or product approval your activity requires.

Food and beverage products, including groceries, prepared food, bottled water, and other drinks, are not currently supported on Tamamy Marketplace.

Generally supported

These may be posted when Tamamy supports the category and your current licence covers the activity.

Non-food retail products, including clothing, home goods, stationery, and other lawful consumer goods, subject to any product-specific approval.
Genuine property, vehicle, and classified advertisements where you are legally entitled to advertise the item.
Genuine vacancies for your own business.

Approval may be needed

These may be posted only when the category is open and all required evidence has been approved.

Cosmetics and personal care, toys, electrical or communications products, vehicles, animal products, and other regulated goods may require registration, conformity documents, or authority approval.
Property advertising must carry the permit required in its emirate. Dubai advertisements require the applicable DLD approval through Trakheesi and the required Madmoun QR code.
Recruiting for another employer or offering another regulated activity requires the applicable licence and Tamamy category approval.

Never allowed on Tamamy

Tamamy can prohibit a category even where UAE law allows it under a special licence.

Narcotics or controlled substances, weapons, ammunition, explosives, gambling items, counterfeit currency, or tools intended for unlawful activity.
Alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, pornography, counterfeit, stolen or pirated goods, and unsafe, recalled, expired or illegally imported products.
Hazardous or radioactive material, unlawful financial or medical offers, trafficking, exploitation, fraud, hate, privacy abuse, or other content unlawful in the UAE.

Accurate and genuine content

Publish only genuine goods, vehicles, properties, vacancies, and other categories currently supported by Tamamy.
Use accurate titles, descriptions, prices, availability, locations, licence details, images, and material conditions.
Do not impersonate another person or business, conceal who is offering the listing, or manipulate ratings, search, scarcity, or engagement.

Prohibited content and activity

No counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, expired, illegally imported, or rights-infringing goods.
No pornography, sexual exploitation, trafficking, forced labour, hate, unlawful discrimination, threats, defamation, privacy invasion, fraud, phishing, malware, gambling, or content contrary to UAE public order and applicable law.
No weapons, explosives, narcotics, alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, medicines, medical devices, fundraising, financial products, communications equipment, or other restricted goods or services unless Tamamy has enabled the category and every approval is verified.
No harvesting contact details, selling personal data, automated scraping, account renting, fake applications, fake orders, sham payments, review manipulation, or attempts to evade moderation.

Category-specific rules

Jobs must be genuine authorised vacancies. Candidates must never be charged unlawful recruitment, visa, equipment, onboarding, deposit, or placement fees.
Property listings must identify the lawful advertiser and required brokerage or owner authority. Material property facts and advertised charges must be accurate.
Motor listings must accurately describe ownership authority, condition, mileage, specifications, price, and any known material defect.
Marketplace listings must accurately state condition, stock, price, delivery, returns, warranty, safety information, and the responsible seller.

Privacy and communications

Do not publish identity documents, bank details, applicant files, private addresses, private conversations, or another person’s contact details without lawful authority.
Use leads, applications, messages, and order information only for the interaction for which Tamamy supplied it.
Do not send spam or marketing without the required prior permission, sender identification, timing controls, and free opt-out mechanism.

Moderation and enforcement

Tamamy may use automated checks and human review, request evidence, limit visibility, remove content, restrict messaging, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report suspected unlawful activity.
Urgent safety, fraud, child-protection, privacy, or authority requests may be acted on immediately. Other reports are assessed according to severity, available evidence, and applicable law.
A person affected by a moderation decision may provide relevant evidence through the Help and reports form.

See something unsafe or unlawful?

Send the listing URL, account, reason, and any useful evidence. Critical safety reports are prioritised; other reports are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.
